Michael Sameh in Itajuba, Brazil

In my internship, I have gained lots of benefits in my social and practical life.

I became the team leader of my team project after a week from starting my work and this opportunity has given me the chance to discover myself and has helped me acquire skills in the area of scheduling, planning,  presentations and other skills that I have never known before and I think if I have studied my whole life, I would have never gained them. And I learned how to overcome any problems and obstacles without having to ask for help. In addition to that, I have become more responsible and now I feel that I am more independent and self-confident.

During my internship, I have faced lots of challenges and I managed to deal with them successfully, and I have learned how to deal with others in an intelligent way despite our cultural differences. Of course,  I cannot forget the great amount of fun I had when I traveled to Salvador, Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo, which I have visited twice. And from this trip I have learned a lot because I was alone in a country, where most people do not speak English. All of these challenges have made me stronger and this has encouraged and motivated me to join and work in AIESEC Cairo University , in order to help more people to have this great opportunity like me.

Thank you AIESEC CU

On my first day, I didn’t believe that I was really in India but after knowing these friendly people more, I felt that I am not that far from home.

Not only having the opportunity to taste the Indian food which is made of the amazing spicies, but also I had the opportunity to eat on the Indian way with all my students and with all my colleges.

I have to say that Turkish people are very friendly and kind. I didn't have any culture shock because the Turkish culture is a bit similar to Egyptian culture.  I have met wonderful people from all over the world like Poland, China, Nigeria and Brazil and now we are so close to each other!

Mohamed Galal in OMSK, Russia

My AIESEC experience was  amazing.

At first I did not believe that it was that life changing, but after watching the impact I've created in the development stages, it surely is a life changing experience, although I did not expect it.

In my project we had a goal of reaching out to 300 children in one month and I ended up with reaching 750 children.

It was one of the most amazing experiences of my life and I intend to do it again ..

Hadeer Mohamed in Istanbul, Turkey

I really don't know from where to start or what to say but Istanbul is stunning & people are so warm in a way that is never expected.

I am not really good in talking but when people say Turkey you get many thoughts in mind. Some are about how incredible & beautiful in, some are about whether if its a Muslim country or not, some are about how do people live (their culture & traditions).

In turkey there are many fascinating places like ayasophia - it connects between Islam, Christianity, & old palaces. You will never feel you are alone here even if you had a gigantic problem there will always be someone for you.
